Director / Sr. Account Executive – Online Ad Sales

This position is responsible for identifying opportunities and driving revenue for the company. The positions targets and develops new and existing accounts. Work closely with all company sales employees to create opportunities for advertisers and agencies. This individual will cultivate long-term relationships with clients and have the ability to sell across all platforms – display, mobile, video, rich media.
- Developing and executing a strategic plan to meet aggressive revenue goals in specific vertical markets.
- Strengthening existing relationships and maximizing revenue growth with top clients
- Establish and nurture relationship building with C-level executives and agencies
- Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of our Spectrum ad-targeting product and services
- Representing our Spectrum offerings at industry events and conferences
- Travel 25% of the time
- 3+ years in sales with a successful track record preferably with start-up experience
- Experience in online and/or traditional media preferred
- Top performer who consistently exceeded goals
- Proven record of relationship building with C-level executives and agencies
- Deep understanding and experience with the Internet's most successful business models
- Superior communication skills - written, verbal and presentation
- Must be a proven team player who can effectively drive the decision-making process
- BA/BS; MBA a plus
